Another Thought From Perry Noble’s Coaching Network

I can’t emphasize enough how meaningful Perry Noble’s Coaching Network was to me. Here’s another thought for you, as you consider joining him for the upcoming semester.

I certainly learned a TON from Perry and his team. One thing I didn’t expect was what we discussed on the first session.

Perry was brutally honest about protecting yourself, your marriage, and your family. I came home and immediately made changes. I’m married to my wife – NOT THE CHURCH. I sat with my wife and welled up with tears as I told her how I wanted to become a better husband, father, and man.

I’m telling you, if you’re a pastor, this investment is INVALUABLE! Register today for it!

Perry Noble’s Coaching Network

Hey Pastors, I want to let you in on a secret that really stretched me as a leader. We’ve seen tremendous growth spiritually and numerically as a direct result of what God taught me through Perry Noble’s Coaching Network.

I was so honored to be selected to join this group. I didn’t really have expectations going into this network. I know that Newspring does everything first-class, and this experience was no exception.

I loved learning from Perry and the staff at Newspring. I left challenged and inspired. I also loved the networking with other pastors. I made a couple friends though this that I believe will be life-long partners and friends in ministry. I love cheering them on, and it’s so encouraging when they do the same for me!

The very first session, Perry offered one simple thought that wrecked me: “Do you want to be developed or discovered.” My whole outlook on ministry shifted. I want God to develop me into the pastor, husband, father, and leader He has created me to be.

I can say this with all honesty – I HIGHLY recommend this coaching network. If you’re able to get it… GET IN. It will wreck you, stretch you, and continually call you to a higher level of serving.

Actually Hearing from God – Part 1

I had the unbelievable privilege of joining 15 other guys in Pastor Perry Noble’s Spring Coaching Network. If you haven’t heard of Perry, allow me to introduce you.

Perry, and his team, started NewSpring Church in Anderson, SC about 10 years ago. It started very similarly to Access, as a college Bible study. In their 10 years, God has blown that place up. They’ve got over 10,000 people attending services at 5 locations now, and the best is yet to come!

Being invited to that coaching networks was such an unbelievable blessing. I was stretched and challenged to dream in new ways. Attending and taking notes was like trying to drink water from a fire hydrant.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll drop some thoughts I learned from Perry’s Coaching Network on you. Today’s is SO important:

“To actually hear from God, you’ve got to change your routine.”

This has been a challenge for me, because I’m such a routine-kind-of-guy. I’ve found it to be SO true. The last two nights, I’ve been up in the middle of the night, feeding baby Gavin, and I found that time to be such a beautiful time to connect with God.

When we’re in a routine, we’re on auto-pilot, mindlessly floating through the ins-and-outs of a schedules. That’s why God’s voice is so clear when we change our schedules, create moments of silence to listen, and allow Him space to ACTUALLY speak.
